Big boy went quietly over to his new (to him, I got them from eBay) set of jigsaws earlier and set about completing them, all by himself! I realised I hadn't marked them like I normally do, before I give them to him. So I quickly grabbed a pen and used different shapes to indicate which jigsaw was which. Much easier than trying to keep them in separate freezer bags which I have tried before, as they always get mixed up!

This way, it's part of the game to sort them before you start the jigsaw!

I moved all the dressing up outfits earlier, in an attempt to make some room, for the mountain of new toys, that big boy was lucky enough to get for his birthday! It was just after lunch and small boy had got his trousers covered in strawberries ( baby led weaning = more on the clothes than in the mouth).

I looked around and there he was in a pair of beads! What a beauty!

So I know it is Wednesday but it's been a hectic week! Big boy was off nursery today saying he wasn't well, and after sleeping in our bed all afternoon and then being sick everywhere at tea time, I would say he's definitely poorly!

I am juggling work and trying to clear up the bomb site that is my house post party.

So this week's slightly late Mama's Monday Must Do is thank you cards! I've put post it notes all over the presents marking who they were from, so I am on a deadline, as the big boy wants to play with them!

There is nothing nicer than knowing you were appreciated!
